Welcome to Bengie Luxury Apartments. By booking accommodations through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. These guidelines are intended to ensure enjoyable and safe experiences for all our users.

1. Acceptance of House Rules

As a guest, you are required to adhere to the house rules provided by the host for each listing. These rules may include guidelines on smoking, pets, noise, and the maximum number of occupants allowed. Review these rules carefully before booking, as agreeing to a reservation constitutes your agreement to follow them.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Times

– **Check-In:** You may check into your accommodation between 15:00 and 22:00 on the arrival date. If you anticipate arriving outside these hours, you must arrange this with your host in advance. Unauthorised late check-ins may result in additional fees or complications.

– **Check-Out:** You must vacate the property by 12:00 (noon) on your departure date. Please contact your host if you need to request a later check-out time. Approval of late check-out is subject to the host’s discretion and availability, and may incur additional charges.

 3. Cancellation Policy

– **24-Hour Notice:** You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are not eligible for a refund. Make sure to communicate any changes in your plans to the host promptly to avoid misunderstandings.

 4. Responsibilities of the Guest

As a guest, you agree to:

– Treat the property with respect and leave it in the condition it was found upon arrival, barring normal use.

– Notify the host immediately of any damages or issues.

– Ensure that your behaviour does not disturb the surrounding neighbours or other guests.

– Adhere to local laws and regulations during your stay.

5. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees for your booking, including the rental amount, security deposit (if required), cleaning fees, and any other charges outlined in the listing at the time of booking. These fees will be charged according to the payment terms specified in the booking process.

 6. Dispute Resolution
