A clean homely and spacious property in a secure gated community. The kitchen is modern, spacious, and fully equipped. There is constant electricity supply with generator backup. Location: Easy access to the Beach rd, Spintex rd, and the Motorway. These 3 routes gets you anywhere and everywhere in Accra.Security: House is in a gated estate with 24/7 security. Visitors are stopped at the main gate and vetted. Security here is fit for royalty! The house itself is fully detached and walled. Friendly neighbours.Amenities: The house is tastefully furnished with modern fittings and appliances in kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful landscaping with well maintained greenery. Large backup generator and water tanks takes care of the utilities.Complimentary drinks on arrival - very thoughtful of mgmt. Issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the caretaker, Anthony. Shoutout to MaaAdjoa who would wake up early in the mornings, rain or shine, to give the compound a good clean. Wir haben uns in Bennards Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war perfekt. Sehr gut eingerichtet und absolut sicher. Es gibt auch einen Generator. Wir hatten immer Strom und Wasser.
